Passwords and logins
The Agent Dashboard has the sign-in page for every system we use. This page covers resetting one when it stops working.
Reset a password
Nearly every system resets the same way: open its sign-in page, choose Forgot password, and follow the email. The dashboard links straight to each one.
| System | Where to reset |
|---|---|
| Your personal Google account | accounts.google.com |
| dotloop | dotloop.com |
| Zillow | zillow.com |
| Realtor.com | realtor.com |
| Apple ID | iforgot.apple.com |
| facebook.com |
**Your @coldwellhomes.com address has no password.** It is a forwarding address, not a mailbox — mail sent to it lands in your personal inbox. There is nothing to sign in to. If mail has stopped arriving, that is a forwarding problem: contact Agent Services.
Your MLS password is not ours to reset. MLS accounts belong to your local board or association, not to Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. Use the Forgot password link on your MLS sign-in page, or call your board directly — MLS and lockboxes lists the number for each one. The helpdesk cannot reset it for you.
Keeping track of them
Let Chrome save your passwords and sign in to Chrome so they sync between your computer and phone. That way a new device is a sign-in rather than an afternoon of resets.
Do not keep passwords in a notebook, a note on your phone, or a spreadsheet.
Nobody from the helpdesk will ask for your password
We do not need it and we will never ask for it — not on the phone, not by email, and not through a form on this site. If someone claiming to be from the helpdesk asks you for a password, hang up and call us on 920-993-4515.
