The Coldwell Banker font
Coldwell Sans is the brand typeface. Installing it means your flyers, listing sheets and presentations match everything else the company puts out, instead of falling back to Calibri.

The zip has a folder for each use. You only need one:

To install on Windows: open the ttf-Windows folder, select all the files, right-click and choose Install for all users. Restart Word or Canva afterwards or the font will not appear in the list.
To install on a Mac: open the otf-macOS folder, select all the files, and double-click. Font Book opens; click Install. Restart the app you are using.
There is also a variable folder and a PDF specimen in the zip. You can ignore both unless a designer has asked for them.
Get yourself on Google
A Google Business Profile puts you in Google Maps and in the panel beside search results — often the first thing a prospective client sees.
Set one up at google.com/business. You will need to verify you are who you say you are, usually by postcard or phone. Use your office address and your @coldwellhomes.com address, and keep the category as Real Estate Agent.
Share a listing on Facebook
Post from your public agent website rather than from the MLS. MLS listing pages usually cannot be seen by the public, so the link will be dead for most people who click it.
Your Galaxy site gives every listing a public page — share that URL. Facebook builds the preview image and description from the page itself, so check it looks right before you post.
Mailing labels
For farming a neighbourhood or a just-listed mailing:
- Put the addresses in a spreadsheet with one column per field — name, street, city, state, ZIP.
- In Google Docs or Word, use the mail-merge or label add-on and pick your Avery stock number. It is printed on the label box.
- Print one sheet on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet to check the alignment before committing a box of labels.
Combine or edit PDFs
Splitting a disclosure pack, or merging signed pages into one file:
- Mac — open the PDF in Preview, show the sidebar with thumbnails, and drag pages between open PDFs. Delete pages by selecting a thumbnail and pressing Delete.
- Windows — Adobe Reader will not edit. Use the tools inside dotloop where you can, since anything to do with the transaction is better kept there.
Avoid free PDF sites for anything with client details on it. Uploading a signed disclosure to an unknown website is a disclosure of its own.
