The easiest way / the way I prefer to transfer old messages if you don’t require actual folders to be mirrored (You can move all messages out of the folders into your inbox) and use pop check to check the messages and remove them once they’re moved over. Otherwise you’ll have to use a program like EmClient to create all desired folders / labels and then drag all messages from each folder over after you sign into both accounts.
Forwarding and pulling in messages without installing or using an email client on your computer.
1. To forward future messages from the gmail account you’re moving messages from:
2. To move all messages into inbox in the Gmail account you’re wanting to transfer messages from
3. Enable pop for all messages in the Gmail account you’re wanting to transfer messages from
4. If you have two step verification turned on you will need to turn that off on the account you’re moving emails from.
Go to https://myaccount.google. com/security and click 2-Step Verification
5. To pull in all existing messages from your old gmail (the account you’re transferring from)
Your messages should all populate into your new (gmail / gsuite account of your choice).
