- On the Mac who’s screen you want to access remotely, open System Preferences.
- Click Sharing.
- Select Screen Sharing.
- Tell IT the phrase that you will find below the Computer Name section of the Sharing System Preferences page. Likely to include your Mac’s name.local.
(On the Mac connecting into your computer pressing Command + Space and type Screen Sharing to open that app. A window will open with the other screen showing. You can close apps, move windows and more.)
