Coldwell Banker changed vendors for vanity emails (Brand Login ID) at the beginning of 2019. You were not issued a coldwellbanker.com or cbcworldwide email address, as your brand login id.
If you want a yourname@cbcworldwide.com or yourname@coldwellbanker.com email address you will need to follow the below process and pay for the email address.
Checked and it appears that the email address is available. Please have him do the following:
- First setup a password for CBExchange.com if you don’t have one already.
- Next, in a new tab, navigate to https://CoreCP.net/CBC.
- If prompted for login, use the same CB Exchange credentials.
- Click Enter >> Accounts (at the top) >> Purchase Account.
